Laindon Centre Regeneration Project

We are working on the Laindon Centre Regeneration Project to transform the inward-looking shopping centre into a new high street including new shops, a health centre and new homes all set in a welcoming public space. Ainsworth Civils are working on the construction of a new concrete frame and a new podium slab in a joint venture with Fannon Group.

After an extended period of COVID-19 related inactivity on the Laindon site, our teams are working full steam ahead. The structure continues to emerge like a butterfly from a chrysalis to bring about the much needed Laindon regeneration. The end of the groundworks is in sight!
